For more than 20 years, Lori Warren worked as a court reporter, giving her a front-row view of how documents move through the litigation process — and how quickly even a paperless office can become dependent on paper again once a deposition or trial begins.
After searching for a solution that worked the way litigation professionals actually work and coming up short, Lori decided to create one herself.
She designed ExhibitSuite™ to “think like paper” while eliminating the physical limitations that come with it. Attorneys can arrive at a deposition or trial with a laptop instead of boxes of documents, access the materials they need from anywhere, receive newly uploaded documents from their team in real time, and electronically mark and manage exhibits without losing their place.
For Lori, ExhibitSuite is the culmination of decades spent observing what attorneys, court reporters, paralegals, and other legal professionals need in the moments that matter most.
Her goal is simple: make exhibit management easier, more organized, and more intuitive from complaint to verdict.

Bart Holzer is the Chief Technology Officer of ExhibitSuite, where he leads the development of the platform’s secure infrastructure for managing and presenting digital evidence. A cybersecurity executive with nearly 30 years of experience, Bart is also the founder of Overt Channel, LLC, a Nashville-based cybersecurity consulting and advisory firm. His career spans enterprise security leadership, software engineering, digital forensic investigations, and nearly two decades supporting the FBI’s Operational Technology Division, where he held a TS/SCI security clearance. Bart has advised Fortune 50 companies, built security programs for high-growth organizations, and co-developed patented surveillance detection technology. He holds a BS in Engineering from Catholic University, an MS in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland, and maintains CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CPP, and CCNA certifications.
